Terms of Trade

AGREEMENT
By accepting this document you agree to our Terms of Trade as set out below.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Delivery takes 5+ working days. Some lists can take up to 15 working days.
VENUES + LOCATIONS
Venues change and we reserve the right to change or alter any of the venues listed. Some venues only
take certain types of material i.e. publications. We distribute at our discretion. If your chosen place is
not available we will choose the next closest location.
LIABILITY
We do not accept any liability nor recognise any claim for material after it has been delivered to venues.
Any claim must be made in writing within 20 days of distribution – we do not recognise claims after
20 days.
POST REPORTING
We do not post report. We encourage you to choose locations before fliers go out. We will provide you
with the list fliers were sent out on.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Talk to us if you have special needs. tom@mainwaring.com.au
LISTS
Our lists are not always up to date. They reflect a 95% accuracy in the marketplace. With 13,000 outlets
we update them when we can.
REFUNDS
We do not refund after your fliers have been delivered under any circumstances.
PRIVACY
Your details remain private.
RESPONSE
This is Flier Distribution – be realistic about what you expect in return.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
We only distribute fliers for Arts, entertainment, education, community and government. We reserve the
right to refuse fliers which maybe a conflict of interest to venues we go to or which are not suitable for
our business.
