DISTRIBUTION CONTRACT

The following details outline our responsibilities to deliver print material to locations as published by us.

1. REFUNDS
   We do not make refunds under any circumstances.
   
   
2. ELIVERY
   Delivery can take 5+ working days. This can be longer if weather is bad. Indicate in your order if you have time constraints
   
   
3. VENUES
   Venues change and we reserve the right to change or alter any of the venues listed. If your chosen venue is not available we will substitute the next closest.
   
   
4. LIABILITY
   We do not accept liability for anything that may happen to fliers after they are delivered to venues.
   
   
5. POST REPORTING
   We do not post report. However, we encourage you to go online and choose venues before consignment.
   
   
6. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
   We have been in business since 1989 and look to do the best for our clients. If you have any special requirements or needs please discuss those in writing with us BEFORE we begin work for you, send us an email.
   
   
7. LISTS
   The lists provided by us to you are the property of Mainwaring Group Advertising and as such are protected by the Trade Practices Act and are no to be disclosed to any 3rd party business.
   
   
8. TIME FRAME
   We take 5 working days to deliver. We know from experience that your fliers should be out at least 14 days BEFORE the event.
   
   
9. PRIVACY
   Your details remain private.
   
   
10. PHILOSOPHY
    Flier distribution is not an exact science.  We have thousands of locations and several of those places may be out of date or we do not visit them anymore.  You have be to relaxed about our services and how we work.  If we cannot deliver to your choice we will do the next best place.  If your not comfortable with that - use another means to get your material to market
